Exceptional an very rare « découpage » (paper cut) by Johann Jakob Hauswirth (1809-1871) made with marbled paper (decorated paper whose patterns imitate those of marble). Was part of the Delachaux collection and that of Mr. Bernoulli, great collector in Basel. This decoupage is listed in several books and has been part of various exhibitions, up to Israel
